Jason Apolinario, Founder

Jason has been crafting and experimenting in the kitchen since he was a young child and has always loved ice cream and desserts. During summer break from college in 1997, he worked at Cold Stone Creamery and was enthralled at learning how to make ice cream in a commercial batch freezer. 

Jason completed a professional certificate at The New School of Cooking in 2012 and has cooked for restaurants and catering companies. He is an Executive Digital Consultant and has worked for several marketing and creative agencies since 2005. He founded Eat Your Feelings in Los Angeles in 2015.

In his spare time, you can find him exercising, playing with his lab-coonhound, Beau, riffing on guitar and piano, and watching his beloved LA Kings.
